Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Management of the appointment process
  • Management of the booking in process
  • Preparation for the completion of work
  • Monitoring the vehicle repair/maintenance process

Minimum Requirements

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Accurately assess and evaluate vehicles in order to provide damage estimation
  • Prepare quotes for clients/brokers/assessors, as well as submission of warranty claims
  • Supervise & motivate staff to obtain maximum productivity, efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Assist workshop staff with technical issues
  • Manage & improve communication processes
  • Ensure efficient and correct “loading” of workshop hours
  • Maintain & monitor productivity reports

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide day to day support to management regarding human resources practices
  • Assist Group Training & Development Co-ordinator
  • Assist Group Recruitment Co-ordinator
